The Weaver (Weavers Bar) (Barnet - London)
The Weaver (Weavers Bar)
Long had I heard that this pub was one of the true characters of Barnet but I have to protest that that character must have died. I entered into the long pub with bar on my right and found myself squeezing past close to 30 underage drinkers as I made my way into the back of the pub past the jukebox and pool table. The music being played was a good mix of rock music so I can see why it attracted such a young crowd. The toilets were disgusting however and the drinks were not particularly cheap (250ml Glass of house white at £3.50). Disappointing thought I as I departed.
Overall a 5/10
Please see above a very accurate map of this pub location. Do not trust other sites that put pubs in the wrong place, I have actually visited this pub and unless it has grown legs it sits exaclty where shown on the map above.
