A nice corner pub on the high street witha  perfect location for a couple of beers before popping to see a movie at the enormous cinema complex next door. Going in you find yourself standing at the bar with tables veering off the the right and a walkway ahead heading to the back of the pub where there is another back entrance. There ale on tap and drinks cost about £1.30 for a half. The bar staff are not very friendly and take to spilling your ale about the shop giving knowing glances to the housewives and 30 somethings that fill the place. The floors are wooden becoming a plateau towards the back which trail off down a corridor to the toilets. Theres a games machine but its nothign special and it gets too hot in the summer They have a unique - vote for your favourite ale, system which is cute and you can sit outside if need be.

Attitude aside this pub gets a moderate 5/10. Good location for ale lovers.

I HAVE VISITED LANGTRYS MANY TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE BAR STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND I OFTEN GO THERE ON MY OWN AS IT IS A VERY WELCOMING PUB WITH FRIENDLY LOCALS ASWELL.......I AM VERY FOND OF REAL ALES AND ALWAYS FIND THEY HAVE A GOOD SELECTION OF QUALITY ALES!

i agree with the other person. langtrys is a great pub. full of nice people and the bar staff are wonderfull. you should've had a homemade burger. lovely!! you obviously have no idea what you're talking about in terms of what makes a good pub. No trouble in wetherspoons?? and giving it 6/10. complaing the bag of nails is full of students. is a student bar twatface! why did you think pitcher and piano is always quiet? because it's shit! you're drinking in the boat inn and the peacock which are wank when there are literally about a hundred better bars in the town centre. I also doubt leftlion are gonna be too happy about you stealing their photos. Have you actually even been to half the places you say you have or just stolen photos and other reviews off the net? and please if you're going to continue with this learn how to use your apostrophes correctly (your and you're) and use a spell checker. what the fuck are? 'stufdents' 'chjeap' 'leomnade' 'nothign' and 'karioke?'
