Brooklyn Jazz Bar (Newark Airport - New Jersey)

Brooklyn Jazz Bar

A small blue open bar overlooking the runway in Terminal C of Newark Airport in New Jersey. As the name would suggest the Brooklyn Jazz Bar is indeed a quiet jazz bar with TV's depicting artists playing such music on Saxaphones and to the left sits a bar with saem length as the depth of the venue. Groups of travellers are always filling this place up and it is therefore always busy with golfing professionals to families with children. There is beer on tap and the barmen are balding persons whose service is fast but manner is somewhat less than friendly. It looks at first glance to be the sort of place that would attract larger groups but one notices that it is just a large number of single travllers squeazed into the same space- busy yet lonly.

the Atmosphere feels forced and the character faked it looks like everyone was rounded up liek cattle and prodded inside this venue, it seems in no way relaxing or enjoyable - whatever the means - 4/10.

Anheuser Busch Brewhouse (Newark Airport - New Jersey)

Anheuser Busch Brewhouse

Located in Terminal C this bar has been casually thrown to the side of the walkway for punters that cannot face another travelator without a pint. And to be fiar theres little else on offer here- 4 small taps, a fridge full of budweiser and the odd bottle of wine but the place appears to be crowded with persosn over the gae of 50 not appearing to enjoy any particular part of their journey yet tipping the alcohol wastefully into their gullets. The place itself appears to literally be a doubel garage with a view at the back onto the airstrip and there quiete literally is an old vechile parked in the centre of the bar in way that would suggest that the drinkers had not noticed it was there.

Overall this is an expensive mundane attempt at an alcoholics water fountain, it has little or no atmosphere and it would be the sort of place one stopped to cry about a recent departure- i head on past towards the footcourt and don't look back - 2/10
